Types of algebraic fractions

Types of Algebraic Fraction:

There are three types of fractions,

1. Proper fraction

2. Improper fraction

3. Mixed fraction

Proper fraction:

A fraction is of the form a/b, where b > a

Improper fraction:

A fraction is of the form a/b, where a > b

Mixed fraction:

A fraction is of the form a . Here a = Quotient.

b = Remainder

c = Divisor.
